(The Beauty in a) Chicago Lifestyle Session

We as photographers are always searching for the perfect location, the newest-and most obscure and the least cliche.  Always searching for beautiful natural light…and perfectly posed children. Right?!

This lifestyle session defied all the odds. A cloudy day in Chicago…no beautiful natural light. Just rain.

Newest location? A hotel room. Not even a new hotel. A Marriott.

And as for perfectly posed children…Well the photos speak for themselves. These girls were on their own agenda, their own time-frame and took me along for the ride. So I did my job. I took it all in; and documented the fun.

Have I mentioned how much I adore a lifestyle session? I could shoot like this every-darn-day.
